Do you want to practice yoga at home, but you're not too sure what to do?
In this workshop we learn how to create a yoga sequence that suits your needs and fits within your schedule. Learning how to build a home yoga practice is a wonderful way to deepen your yoga practice. A regular home yoga practice helps you to gain more benefits from the time you spend on the mat in our LYC classes.
Lund Yoga Community believes in making yoga accessible to everyone. This workshop helps you to deepen your understanding of yoga postures, how to create a balanced sequence, and encourages you to bring your own creativity and style to your yoga practice.

Instructor: Erin Kennedy Tsunoda
Erin is originally from Canada and has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. She came to yoga from an athletic background including ballet, basketball, skiing and ultra running. Erin is a Registered Yoga Teacher who specialises in working with athletes and making yoga accessible for everyone.
